Mike Sellenschuetter

Michael Sellenschuetter has twenty-four years of experience within the construction industry assisting in design and construction management.

He has coordinated and constructed a variety of projects ranging from schools, churches, recreation facilities, apartment complexes, senior assistant living facilities, commercial developments, and to residential homes which have been located throughout the United States and 48 foreign countries.

Mike Sellenschuetter is a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR).  Therefore also serves as an expert and technical witness to mold remediation cases in litigation and to construction cases in litigation

With his ability to strategically plan and implement strategies to maintain successful and profitable businesses he maintains excellent client relationships to further expand business.

He completed Carpenter’s District Council #1987 Apprenticeship Program to attain journeyman status.

He’s also a licensed pilot to execute and complete out of area jobs more efficiently.
