CSM does all preparation, cleanup, and disposal activities associated with each job.

Activities Involved:

-Abatement- meaning any measure or set of measures designed to permanently eliminate lead-based paint hazards.

-Inspection- meaning a surface-by-surface investigation to determine the presence of lead-based paint and the provision of a report explaining the results of that inspection.

-Risk assessment- means an on site investigation to determine the existence, nature, severity, and location of lead based paint hazard. 

CSM is ceritified and follows all the EPA's lead based paint regulations.
